Curved Balcony Residences

06

A residential building shaped by soft, sweeping balcony curves and tall vertical fins. Slender cypresses rise through the façade, weaving greenery and architecture together.

This residence is defined by the fluid, curving edges of its balcony slabs, which ripple horizontally across the elevation and give the building a soft, almost wave-like rhythm. Tall vertical metal fins cut across these curves, framing the terraces and lending the composition a strong, elegant vertical counterpoint, while circular openings carved into the slabs allow slender cypress trees to rise through the full height of the façade. A warm timber-clad volume anchors the corner and contrasts with the cool white planes and dark fins, adding richness and depth. Each apartment opens onto a generous, planted terrace with frameless glass balustrades, and greenery cascades from level to level so that the architecture feels woven into its landscape. The building is lifted on a recessed ground floor that discreetly houses parking, allowing the sculptural upper volumes to appear light and floating. Soft integrated lighting traces the curves at dusk, and mature Mediterranean planting wraps the base — the result is a calm, sophisticated residence where movement, greenery and light define the experience.
