As architectural practice becomes increasingly interconnected across borders, project management plays a pivotal role in the delivery of successful projects. Beyond design, architecture requires the orchestration of consultants, contractors, clients and regulatory authorities to transform ideas into built form.
The journey from concept to construction is a complex and demanding process. Careful coordination, clear communication and strategic decision-making are what ensure that design aspirations are translated into meaningful, enduring architecture rather than lost along the way.
We take on this role on our own projects — and as a standalone service on projects designed by others, where an experienced, independent partner on the ground in Cyprus makes the difference between intention and result. That is also where collaborations begin.
Scope of work
From concept to construction.
Orchestration & oversight
Holding the overview of the whole project — design intent, priorities and decisions — from concept approvals through to handover.
Consultant & contractor coordination
Engineers, specialists and builders brought onto one set of information, working to the same intent instead of five versions of it.
Communication & reporting
Clear schedules, tracked decisions and a single channel of communication that tells the client what matters — and only what matters.
Authorities & approvals
Managing the dialogue with regulatory authorities and keeping the project compliant and moving through every approval stage.
Site supervision & quality
Regular presence on site, with samples and mock-ups checked and approved before they multiply across a building.
Handover & aftercare
Snagging, documentation and a building delivered genuinely finished — not almost finished.
Collaborations
How we collaborate.
With developers
Design management across a project or a portfolio — one point of responsibility that protects quality and programme together, from concept approvals to handover.
With brands & hospitality
Translating a brand into built space — and keeping it consistent across locations, contractors and timelines, without diluting the identity.
With fellow practices
A local partner for international teams building in Cyprus — authorities, regulations, supervision and a trusted set of eyes on the ground, speaking both languages of the project.
