This residential building is composed as a series of clean white horizontal slabs that shift and cantilever over one another, giving the façade a strong, sculptural rhythm of light and shadow. Deep covered terraces sit within each layer, offering shade and generous outdoor living.A vertical band of warm timber runs the full height of the building, tying the stacked volumes together and marking the entrance. Lifted on a sculptural angled column above open ground-level parking, the design balances bold cantilevers with a calm, refined material palette of white render, glass and wood.
