This residential building turns its structure into sculpture, with balcony slabs that ripple in soft, scalloped curves down the full height of the façade. The warm sand-toned plaster and timber soffits give the volume a calm, tactile character that softens its scale.At the centre, a carved concrete spine pierced with circular openings splits the façade into two mirrored wings, framing a tall cypress that rises through the building. Generous wrap-around balconies, planted terraces and a recessed ground floor complete a design that feels both organic and quietly monumental.
